Our mission is to provide healthcare services in the community to older adults and adults with disabilities to help enhance quality of life, maintain independence and avoid admissions to long term care facilities.
Bella Vita Adult Day Program is now open and ready for business. We are in the process of enrolling participants. We will be providing a well balanced lunch with a morning and afternoon snack as well as activities throughout the day that stimulate the mind and body. Assistance with medication management and personal care assistance is also available. Attend 1 or 5 days a week.
